This study is part of ongoing work in our office.

An important part of a project’s preliminary evaluation and analysis is to perform a feasibility study that considers the client’s wishes, the physical conditions of the site, local jurisdiction zoning and building codes and regulations, and context, among other key factors particular to each project – that ultimately inform the project’s proforma (financials).

 

These residential lots have different zoning and neighboring residential densities that the local codes and guidelines determine to be distinct. Our studies evaluate and identify the most suitable approach and residential product for each site and specific scenario.
